Jerry M. Williams is a North Carolina Dispute Resolution Commission (NCDRC) Certified Superior Court Mediator approved to conduct mediated settlement conferences in Superior Court civil actions. His professional experience includes careers as a senior minister, corporate executive of a human resources management consulting firm, chief executive officer and president of several non-profit organizations, organizational consultant, teacher/trainer, conference speaker, and consultant to churches in areas of ministry management and leadership development.

In addition to his NCDRC certified training in dispute settlement facilitation and North Carolina courts, civil procedure, and legal terminology, he graduated from West Liberty State College, West Liberty, West Virginia, with a B.A. in Psychology; attended the University of Minnesota Law School, Minneapolis, Minnesota for two years before becoming an authorized licensed/ordained minister; and, completed distant learning post-graduate degree programs through Trinity Theological Seminary in Newburgh, Indiana, and William Howard Taft University’s Taft Law School in Santa Ana, California, accredited by the Distance Education Training Council, approved by the United States Department of Education.

Jerry is president and chief executive officer of Mediation Resolutions, LLC. His mediation practice and interests include civil law actions, church and ministry disputes, family, business, consumer, employment and intra-organization disputes.

Jerry resides in Raleigh, North Carolina with his lovely wife Joyce. They have five children: Jason, Jerrae, Jenelle, Jereel, and Jeremiah.
